  10. Frogger is the ultimate MPEG video player, with MPEG-2 layer support.
  11. Frogger was oryginally relased by Miloslaw Smyk (thorgal@wfmh.org.pl),
  12. recently, the development has been taken over by Sebasian Jedruszkiewicz
  13. (bjsebo@jota.wi.tuniv.szczecin.pl) Additional programming was made
  14. by Przemyslaw Gruchala.

  16. Changes in this release
  17. ------------------------
  18.  - Sometimes white stripes were visible on decoded image.
  19.    Fixed. The fixed routine is now also a bit faster. (0.02%;)
  20.  - Fixed several other bugs. stability has been improved.
  21.  - Fixen pen allocation handling. Pens were not released.
  22.  - New, faster demultiplication routines. 
  23.  - There were enforcer hits, when frogger was started under WOS.
  24.    Fixed.
  25.  - Changed window title to: "Movie: filename (widthxheight)".
  26.    Blame Miroslaw Bagrowski for that suggestion ;)
  27.  - Added missing YUV->8bpp conversion routine (cgfx). It has been
  28.    optimized, and is also used in AGA display right now. It seems
  29.    like the 8bpp mode is fastest again ;) (on cgfx of course).
  30.  - New stream recognition routine. The previous one had problems
  31.    with some streams.
  32.  - 68k version crashed when stream could not be recognized. Fixed.
  33.  - fixed problems with audio decoding. Also the audio task sometimes
  34.    failed to exit properly, which should not happen again.
  35.  - Applied some bugfixes and patches done by Przemyslaw Gruchala.
  36.  - PPC AGA memory cleanup routine was broken (mis-alligned FreeMem)
  37.    Fixed.
  38.  - VideoCD reading is now supported in 68k version.
  39.  - A lot of small optimizations in video decoder. As a result
  40.    video decoding is 5-10% faster (depending on options used).
  41.    Check the @{"Speed " link "spd"} section.
  42.  - A lot of other bug fixes. 
  43.  - There is new Splitter, new Argue GUI, and mpegjoin ready to download 
  44.    at Frogger home page.
  45.  - Last but not least: status of Frogger has been changed. Now it
  46.    is shareware. See  @{" Registration " link "reg"}.
  47.  - There will be a lot of new features added, as soon as I will find 
  48.    a day or two free...
  49.  - After receiving a couple of request, I decided to resurect 030
  50.    version.
  51.  - Fixed some problems that appeared on picasso running systems.
  52.  - Rafal Sanda has made a great job with the SCSI support for VideoCD
  53.    option. God bless him ;)
  54.  - Frogger now needs frog.library to run. It is included.
